Modern slavery

Assenture has zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. We are a software company with a small team; we do not operate manufacturing facilities or physical supply chains, and our principal suppliers are regulated cloud and SaaS providers in jurisdictions with comprehensive labour protections. We expect those suppliers to maintain their own equivalent commitments and we will terminate relationships with any supplier we find to be in breach.

This statement is made in the spirit of section 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015. We will update it annually.

Anti-bribery and corruption

Assenture prohibits bribery and corruption in all forms. Staff and contractors must not offer, give, request, or accept any bribe, kickback, or other improper benefit, whether to public officials or private parties, in connection with the Service. This applies regardless of local custom or perceived business advantage and is enforced under the UK Bribery Act 2010, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Singapore's Prevention of Corruption Act.

Report any suspected breach in confidence to business@assenture.app. We will not retaliate against anyone for raising a concern in good faith.
