Refund Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund of fees paid for an Assenture subscription. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms used here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
2. 14 day cooling off period
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your first paid subscription and obtain a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason. This right does not apply to subscriptions you renew, to additional services you purchase later, or where you have used the Service substantially during the cooling off period in a way that, by its nature, cannot be reversed.
3. 30 day satisfaction guarantee
In addition to any statutory cooling off right, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on your first paid monthly or annual subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, write to business@assenture.app within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full.
4. Renewals
For subscription renewals, you may request a pro rata refund of the unused portion of the renewed period if you cancel within 14 days of the renewal date, provided you have not used the Service materially during that period (other than to evaluate whether to continue). After that period, fees for the renewed term are non refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
5. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. Outside of the cooling off period and the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, annual fees already paid are non refundable for the remainder of the term, but you continue to have access until the end of the period you paid for.
6. When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- You have requested a refund outside of the periods set out above.
- You are in breach of our Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for cause.
- You have used the Service for the purpose for which it was purchased and now no longer wish to use it.
- Charges relate to taxes, third party fees, or one off services that have already been delivered.
- You are not the named account holder or the named billing contact for the subscription.
These restrictions do not affect any non waivable statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
7. How to request a refund
Email business@assenture.app from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request" and the following information:
- your account email and organisation name;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the order, invoice, or transaction ID if available;
- the reason for the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and bank.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may result in suspension of your account while we investigate. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are not valid and to recover associated costs.
9. Currency and taxes
Refunds are made in the original currency of the charge. Where taxes have been collected and remitted, the refunded amount will reflect the original tax treatment. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences imposed by your bank or card network.
10. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that purchase or renewal.
