Subprocessors

To deliver the Assenture service we engage a small number of third-party "subprocessors" that may process personal data on our behalf. We are responsible to you for everything they do with your data, and each subprocessor is bound by a written contract that meets the requirements of Article 28 GDPR, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant. The list below is current as of the date above.

Notification of changes
We will give customers at least 30 days advance notice before adding or replacing any subprocessor that processes customer personal data, by updating this page and (where you have subscribed) by email. If you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds you may terminate the affected subscription for a pro-rata refund.
Affiliate processors
Assenture currently has no affiliated group companies acting as subprocessors. If this changes we will list them here before they begin processing.
