Financial Information Disclaimer
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Purpose
Assenture is a software service for recording, organising, and reporting on assets, contacts, invoices, bills, expenses, payroll, contracts, budgets, and related financial information. This disclaimer explains the limits of what Assenture is and is not. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
2. No professional advice
Nothing made available through Assenture (including dashboards, reports, calculations, templates, suggestions, AI generated content, in product guidance, help articles, blog posts, emails, or communications from our support team) constitutes financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, audit, valuation, actuarial, or other professional advice. We are not a registered financial adviser, broker dealer, accountant, lawyer, tax agent, or fiduciary, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the data you input, for the configuration of the Service, for the decisions you make based on the outputs, and for ensuring that those decisions comply with all laws and standards that apply to you (including tax filing obligations, company law, employment law, anti money laundering rules, and accounting standards). You should obtain advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before relying on any output of the Service to make a material decision.
4. Accuracy of outputs
We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that calculations, formulas, exchange rates, depreciation schedules, tax rates, and other reference data are correct. However, we do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, current, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from error. Tax and accounting rules change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. Third party data feeds (for example exchange rates and bank feeds) may be delayed, interrupted, or wrong. You must verify outputs before relying on them.
5. AI features
Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence to summarise, classify, extract, translate, draft, or otherwise generate content from your data. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or fabrications ("hallucinations"). You must review AI outputs before acting on them. Do not submit prompts or files that contain information you are not permitted to share, and do not use AI outputs to make decisions that legally require human judgement or a qualified professional.
6. Forecasts and forward looking content
Any forecast, projection, scenario, or other forward looking content available through the Service is illustrative only, is based on assumptions you or we have made, and is not a guarantee of future performance. Actual results may differ materially from any forecast.
7. No solicitation
The Service does not constitute a solicitation, offer, recommendation, or endorsement to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security, asset, currency, token, financial product, insurance product, or service in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.
8. Third party content
The Service may display content provided by third parties (for example reference data, market data, articles, or integrations with external accounting and banking systems). We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, third party content. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assenture, its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your reliance on any information or output obtained through the Service, including any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, or other intangible loss. The full liability cap and exclusions set out in our Terms of Service apply.
10. Acknowledgement
By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer. If you do not accept it, you must not use the Service for any decision making purpose.
